Major question - why is the first month of  the Coptic calendar named ''Thout'' - from Ati (Spica). It starts September 11, when the Sun enters VIRGO (Not Libra, Ati is the border between the two zodiac signs, as seen on Dendera zodiac).

The month  ''Thout'' seems to have been named after Ati, Spica - currently at Libra 24. But on September 11 (which is the Coptic new year) the Sun is at 18 Virgo. 
Why 18 VIrgo? The Ecat of Matria Esh is 3° 10' Virgo.
Plus, with precession, the ''birth'' of a month becomes the last degree of precession for that zodiac sign.
