Inscriptions that must be decoded properly
Stele Licinia

It appears it is from the great year 31 or that it refers to great year 31. (the wreath is ATI, Spica, 31 grains of wheat) The wreath is similar to the papal crown and it depicts GRAINS = ATI = Spica.
The grain symbol is found in the 40kya script of Europe, which was great year 7 for Terra (32 for Matria Esh, they do not overlap, they are off by 207 degrees of precession)
Pisces clearly appears on the inscription, but I am not certain what the stick figure between the two fishes represents. The stick figure resembles the bird man of Lascaux, only it is upside down.
The stone is associated with Feralia. Feralia was celebrated on February 21, when the Sun is at Pisces 3 degrees.
Feralia is attested in Ovid's work (which is highly likely from 7500 years ago)
It seems that the stick figure swims with the fishes - it is dead.
Feralia seems to be linked to the Black Sea Deluge, and ''swimming with
the fishes''. Pisces 2 or 3 degrees is where Bellatrix of Orion was
when the Black Sea Deluge started. Sirius was c Pisces 26 degrees.

Coinage that depicts the Vulture holding a dolphin (Delphinus constellation, neither constellation is on Terra's ecliptic) . This is the era previous to this one. The inscription might indicate the year 1144 of that era, which would make it c 3000 years old, not 2400 years old as it is currently estimated.
